(3) check the cause of the fault with the pump station attendant
(4) if there is a problem that cannot be solved, it should be reported to the station master. After listening to the opinions, eliminate the fault, report again and make records
(5) make detailed records of the phenomenon, time, inspection and maintenance results of the failure
(6) during shift handover, explain the situation to the next shift personnel in detail, so that the shift personnel can understand the situation of the equipment clearly
(II) emergency steps of pump station attendant
(1) immediately go to the basic cabinet and press the emergency stop button to stop the emergency
(2) check the cause of the fault with the shift leader
① check whether the ups works normally
② check whether the contact of each module works normally
③ check whether ya5 solenoid valve acts; If ya5 solenoid valve doesn't act, it may be more scientific. There are sundries blocking on the solenoid valve. At this time, press repeatedly on the solenoid valve with a sharp tool, and use the impact of air to wash away the sundries
④ check whether the accumulator pressure is within the normal range
⑤ check whether there is leakage in the pipeline
(3) make detailed records of the phenomenon, time, inspection and maintenance results of the failure
(4) at the shift handover, Jiang Jianjun, the next shift, said that the personnel should explain the situation in detail, so that the personnel taking over the shift can understand the situation of the equipment clearly
(III) emergency steps for operators in the control room
according to WitsView prediction (1) report the fault condition to the dispatcher in the central control room according to the order of the shift leader, and request to control the water inflow in front to ensure that the station operates under normal water level
(2) start the standby pump in time
(3) record the time, state and phenomenon of the fault
(4) report the fault condition to the station master, solicit handling opinions and convey them to the shift leader
(5) report the rise of water level and the alarm display record of upper computer to the shift leader in time
(6) keep close contact with the dispatcher in the central control room according to the water but if we have repaired the rising speed
(7) after the fault is eliminated, the normal operation is restored, and the water level is stable, report the fault handling and unit operation status to the dispatcher and station master in the central control room
